About the Job Company: Zapare Technologies Role: Trainee Software Engineer Location: Koratty, India Experience: 0–1 Years Job Type: Full Time The Trainee Software Engineer position at Zapare Technologies is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career developers who want to establish a strong foundation in software development and full-stack engineering. Based in Koratty, this role is part of the Product & AI Engineering team and provides hands-on exposure to building modern cloud-based applications under the guidance of experienced software engineers. Trainees will work primarily with Python and Django for backend development while gaining practical experience in ReactJS for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces. The position also provides exposure to PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, software testing, debugging, code reviews, technical discussions, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), making it suitable for candidates eager to build broad development skills. As a Trainee Software Engineer at Zapare Technologies, candidates will gradually transition from foundational programming knowledge to practical software engineering responsibilities. Programming Knowledge: understand fundamental programming concepts and be comfortable learning new frameworks and technologies as part of professional development. 5. Django Learning Ability: willing to learn Django and Python-based web application development and apply those concepts in real-world projects. 6. ReactJS & Web Technologies: interest in modern frontend development and be willing to develop knowledge of ReactJS, responsive interfaces, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application concepts. 7. Database Fundamentals: basic familiarity with relational databases and be prepared to learn how PostgreSQL and MySQL are used for storing, retrieving, and managing application data. 8. Expected Salary For a Trainee Software Engineer with 0–1 year of experience in Kerala, a realistic entry-level salary expectation can generally fall around ₹2.5 lakh to ₹4.5 lakh per year, depending on technical skills, academic background, practical project experience, and the company's final compensation structure.
